ABOUT US

As its name suggests, southern California’s Paradise Point provides guests a bit of paradise. The full-service Spa at Paradise Point sits tucked away amidst tropical foliage, with lush flower-lined pathways that guide guests to such luxuries as a treatment bungalow and a private garden courtyard with a whirlpool. Design elements utilize materials that replicate plants originating from verdant eastern jungles, and spa therapies are created to send guests on an island journey around the world.
Whether the goal is rest and relaxation, or visible benefits, visitors will find it in The Spa at Paradise Point’s nine treatment rooms, two of which are appointed with "ofuros" , or Japanese soaking tubs. Decadent rituals that calm body and mind include the Island Fresh Scrub, Detoxifying Muscle Soak, and the Sun Salutation Wrap, while The Skin Spa’s array of HydraFacial treatments uniquely deliver medical-grade results in a serene day spa environment.
Located on 44 private acres in secluded Mission Bay, the 462-room Paradise Point is ideal for those seeking a spa-centric, yet centrally located vacation destination. The captivating laidback feel and intimate, island setting is just minutes from the airport, downtown, and top attractions.

SERVICES & CLASSES

Surrounded by blossoming tropical flowers against the backdrop of a one-mile stretch of powdery white-sand beach, The Spa at Paradise Point has created what it calls a portal to peace. The island-style spa features design components inspired by some of the world’s most exotic isle hotspots, comprising slate tiling, mahogany wood, lofted ceilings, bamboo, stone, and hand-blown glass lighting. Unique services like the Javanese Lu'lur Ritual and Sticks & Stones Massage stem from such oases as Bali, Fiji, Hawaii, and Thailand. The Balinese massage, using palming, kneading, stretching, and pressure-point techniques with exotic aromas and oils, is the spa's signature service. Led by a team of expert estheticians, The Skin Spa offers a lineup of customizable, result-oriented facials, including the renowned HydraFacial. Paradise Point is the only San Diego resort spa to offer this non-invasive, high-tech resurfacing treatment loved by celebrities for its immediate and dramatic effects. Spa-goers are invited to spend a full spa day-cation at the 7,050-square-foot facility, utilizing the eucalyptus steam room, dry sauna, fitness center and whirlpool; they also have access to the resort’s five pools and 44 acres of gardens, lagoons, and beaches.  Guests looking to celebrate a wedding, birthday or other special occasion with a spa soiree can sip champagne in a private garden courtyard and hot tub before enjoying customized group treatments.
