Deerfield Spa

We’ll help you forget the daily grind and get back to what really makes you feel fit and happy

ABOUT US

Welcoming guests since 1979, Deerfield Spa established itself as a forerunner in the full-service destination spa industry. Deerfield replaces pretense and pressure with top quality spa programming and close personal attention from a warm, caring staff. Nestled in the heart of the Poconos, Deerfield conducts daily hikes led by our naturalists to either the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area, or the famed Appalachian Trails just minutes away. Deerfield is a friendly, casual destination and day spa known for health over hype and laughs over luxe. Escape the stresses of everyday life, jumpstart a fitness program, or learn how to eat healthy with appropriate portions.

Rooms & Dining

There are 16 single and double rooms in the main building, a three-story Victorian-style inn, plus six motel-style rooms in an annex. (Rooms are split evenly between singles and doubles.) Annex rooms are the most spacious and the most expensive (around $300 per night). The nightly single room rate exceeds the double rate by about $100, but the resort will let single guests double up to pay the cheaper rate. Three rooms don't have private baths; all rooms are air-conditioned.
Meals are low-fat with calorie count for each item. Lunch is light, mainly salads and sandwiches. Dinner entrees (500 calories) range from flounder stuffed with crabmeat to pasta primavera. Menus change daily.
